It’s 2023, so we’ve shifted to a completely digital approach. No more endless queues and waits at a check-in counter: use your tailored entry code to check-in and check-out, no supervision required. You’ll receive the code upon booking confirmation. You can also use our digital guest map on your smartphone and receive all sort of information, the best tips, and excursion recommendations. For any other questions, concerns, and wishes, just WhatsApp us!

Use your personalised check-in code you’ll receive via WhatsApp or email. Our guests can check in independently from 16:00 onwards. You can also make the most of our digital concierge service, where we can be reached all times.

Guests must vacate their rooms on check-out day by 10:00 at the very latest.

You will find in every accomodation a private parking spot.

Yes. If you’d like to request an extra cleaning service during your stay, simply get in touch with us – we’re happy to arrange it for a €150 surcharge.

Each location has its own digital guest map which you can access using your smartphone. The app was developed by Carlito, a start-up run by Michael und Moritz (that’s an unapologetic plug right there, sorry not sorry). As we love eating and drinking good stuff, we added interesting tips to ensure you could make the most of your stay in Lake Garda.
